Playford Youth Survey 2025

We wanted to learn about the experiences, thoughts, and goals of young people aged 12–25.

Why we asked
The survey helps us understand what it’s like to be young in Playford – the opportunities, challenges, and your ideas for the future. Your feedback will help guide how Council support young people in our community.

Who could take part
The survey was open to anyone aged 12–25 who lives, works, studies, or hangs out in Playford. (Not sure if you're in Playford? - view a list of suburbs here!)

How you could have your say
There were lots of ways to take part, and young people could tell us as much or as little as you’d like.

	__	Tell us your 1 big idea 💡 We asked young people "How could your area be better for young people?"
		Do the survey! 📝 After you've told us your big idea - young people could share more of their thoughts in the full survey.
		Easy-Read Survey 📖 Our Easy-Read survey had a few less questions, uses simple language and helpful pictures.

OR they could write down your thoughts, draw a picture of their ideas, record a video – and send it to us via email instead.

By taking part in the Youth Survey 2025 - participants could go into the draw to win 1 of 5 $50 vouchers for the Elizabeth City Centre.

The Youth Survey 2025 was open from 22 September - 20 October 2025.
