Playford Community Survey 2025

Project Overview

Your community. Your voice. Your Playford.

At the City of Playford, we’re committed to hearing from you, and it's time for our annual community pulse check, where we open up the conversation with the community to hear what matters most.

Whether you’re a resident, a regular visitor, or someone who works or studies in Playford — if you’re 16 or older, we want to hear about your Playford experience.

Share your thoughts by 24 August and you’ll go in the draw to win 1 of 5 x $50 Elizabeth City Centre gift cards.

Your feedback helps shape the future of Playford — let’s build it together.

Why does Council need this survey?
At City of Playford, we have a strong commitment to understand, listen and engage our community. One of the ways we do this is through our annual survey which helps us understand your collective experiences and views about living, working, studying and visiting Playford.

How can I get involved?
Getting involved is easy - and it's totally up to you!

💻 OnlineFill out the survey anytime, anywhere from your phone, tablet or computer.

🗣In Person – Chat with us at one of our pop-up locations around Playford.

📄 Hard Copy – Pick up a printed survey at the Civic Centre, Stretton Centre, Libraries, JMC, Grenville Hub or Elizabeth Rise Community Centre. Or you can print from the link in the documents library to the right of the page.

📞 By Phone – Prefer to talk? Give us a call on 8256 0333 and arrange a time with the Community Engagement team to share your thoughts directly.

What if I receive a call? We have also engaged South Australian research company, New Focus to help us with the phone survey. They will be making calls to a random selection of Playford residents through August.

Where does my feedback go?
Your feedback helps us to:

  • understand what matters to our community
  • review and plan our services and projects
  • develop reports and presentations to Council
  • inform ongoing engagement opportunities with our community

How are the results shared?
The results will be shared on Engagement Hub in the coming months.
