Project Information
The new facilities that will be available at commencement of the tenancy include:

Two full-size soccer pitches.
- 1 x artificial (FIFA Quality approved standard)
- 1 x natural turf (hybrid oval/pitch shape with additional space for a junior pitch or flexible training space)

Club pavilion with:
- Six universally designed changerooms
- Flexible use function room
- Semi-commercial kitchen and bar with canteen servery out to the main pitch area
- Meeting room
- Storage
- Off-street car parking (shared with Mark Oliphant College)
The facility will be constructed in accordance with the Football SA facility guidelines.
Future stages for the development also include a third full-size soccer pitch and floodlighting for the school sports fields. Community open space with public access is also a key priority for the site, with a playground and walking trails to come depending on the future design and available budget.
The Expression of Interest (EOI) process for tenancy will involve two stages:

A screening stage where interested community sporting clubs can register and complete the EOI form by 29 July 2024 at 5pm.

Select applicant stage where shortlisted clubs will submit detailed documentation supporting their credentials including, risk management plan, operational procedures
Throughout the stages, a specialised administration panel will evaluate all applications against the key selection criteria. Each applicant will be informed of the outcome and/or next steps in the process.
The EOI process is anticipated to conclude by end of 2024, following the evaluation and endorsement process by Council.
