Consultation has now closed, but the conversation doesn’t end here. All input is currently being carefully reviewed and will help shape how Council plans for parks, programs and community spaces so young children in Playford can learn, grow and thrive close to home.

A “What We Heard” report summarising the key themes and findings will be published here on Engagement Hub mid year.  It will also be sent directly to those who asked to stay informed.

Children’s voices are at the heart of this project. We want to know what they enjoy, how they learn, and what they dream of in their local community. 

We’re visiting local schools and early childhood centres to run fun, hands on activities supported by Council’s Early Childhood Specialist, so their ideas help shape the future of Playford.

Caregivers, grandparents, and early childhood professionals also have important perspectives that help us understand and support children’s experiences.
