Thank you to all of those who took the time to participate in this year's survey! Your feedback has been collated and now available in the What We Heard Report 2022.

We are inviting Playford residents, visitors, business owners, students, local workers, sporting club members and more, to spare 5-7 minutes to complete our survey and share their experiences about living, working and visiting our City.

The information you provide will help us understand how we’re tracking halfway through the delivery of our 2020-2024 Strategic Plan.

If you are over the age of 16 and either live, work, study or regularly visit City of Playford, we would love to hear from you! You can complete the survey either online, over the phone or hard copy.

We’ll also be popping up across Playford over August to talk about the Pulse survey. If you see us out and about, come and say hi to the team!

Why does Council need this survey?
At City of Playford, we have a strong commitment to understand, listen and engage our community better. One of the ways we do this is through our annual survey. This helps us understand your collective experiences and views about living, working, studying and visiting Playford.

Where does my feedback go?
Your feedback helps us to:

• track how the delivery of our 2020-2024 Strategic Plan
• review and plan our services
• conduct service assurance initiatives
• develop reports and presentations to Council
• inform ongoing engagement opportunities with our community

Will my information remain confidential?
Most definitely! Whenever we seek information from you we will de-identify your response. This means your name and contact details will remain private, however depending on the nature of the topic, we may need to collectively refer to your suburb or age bracket.

Do you have family or friends who can’t access the survey online?
Printed copies will be available at Council Libraries and Customer Service Desks (Playford Civic Centre and Stretton Centre). You can also download a hard copy to print off right from this page in our 'Document Library'. Or you can call us on 8256 0333 or email connected@playford.sa.gov.au. We are happy to assist you!
