City of Playford Business Survey - thank you for taking part!

City of Playford has a strong commitment to understand, listen and engage with our business community to help us understand your experiences doing business in our City and how Council can best support you.

Your feedback helps us to:

• review and plan our service and support mechanisms for businesses
• inform ongoing engagement opportunities with our business community
• track how we’re delivering on our 2020-2024 Strategic Plan
• develop reports and presentations to Council

The survey was initially open from 18 November - 9 December 2024, but was extended an additional week, closing on 16 December 2024.

Thank you to all the businesses and start-ups from across the City of Playford that took part.

What's next?

The insights from businesses and start-ups will help our Business Support team better understand the challenges of running or starting a business in Playford, to help guide Council's service delivery.

We will now evaluate the feedback gathered, and develop a report and infographic to summarise what we heard from survey participants.
