City of Playford Business Survey - now closed

Thank you to all of those who took the time to participate in this year's survey! We will be providing you a run down of your feedback in the coming months.

Calling all businesses! We want to hear about your experiences working and doing business in our city. This will help us to understand how we can best support our 3,500+ local businesses to succeed.

Why does Council need this survey?
We have a strong commitment to understand, listen and engage with our business community. This helps us understand your collective experiences and views about what it's like to do business in the City of Playford.

Where does my feedback go?
Your feedback helps us to:

• track how we’re delivering on our 2020-2024 Strategic Plan
• review and plan our service and support mechanisms for businesses
• develop reports and presentations to Council
• inform ongoing engagement opportunities with our business community

Will my information remain confidential?
Yes. Whenever we seek information from you we will de-identify your response. This means details about you and your business will remain private.

We have developed a series of FAQs which you can find to the right of this page. This stacks on mobile devices, so it won’t be on the right of the page. Can't access the survey online?
Printed copies are available at Council Customer Service Desks (Playford Civic Centre, Stretton Centre and Virginia Horticulture Centre). You can also download a hard copy from the 'Document Library' section.

Alternatively, call or email us to take the survey over the phone. Please leave your name, contact details and times of availability and a staff member will call you back.
