Why does Council need this survey?
At City of Playford, we have a strong commitment to understand, listen and engage our community. One of the ways we do this is through our annual survey which helps us understand your collective experiences and views about living, working, studying and visiting Playford.

Where does my feedback go?
Your feedback helps us to:

• understand what matters to our community
• review and plan our services and projects
• develop reports and presentations to Council
• inform ongoing engagement opportunities with our community

Will my information remain confidential?
Most definitely! Whenever we seek information from you we will de-identify your response. This means your name and contact details will remain private, however depending on the nature of the topic, we may need to collectively refer to your suburb, age bracket or other demographic information.

Do you have family or friends who can’t access the survey online?
Printed copies will be available at Council Libraries and Customer Service Desks (Playford Civic Centre and Stretton Centre). You can also download a hard copy to print from our Document Library on this page.
